Just Ask Me is being held in support of Mind The Walk, a community initiative that places mental health support, connection, and conversation at its heart. The event will bring together a panel of inspiring individuals with varied lived experiences to share their stories, insights, and reflections. The event will take place on Friday, 28 August 2026 at Connections WA, with guests arriving from 5.30 pm and the panel session beginning at 6.00 pm. Through honest conversations about mental health, lived experience, grief, recovery, and community support, we hope to create a safe and welcoming space that encourages understanding, compassion, and meaningful community connection. Your attendance would be greatly valued, and we would be honoured to welcome you as our guest for this important community event. Your presence would help acknowledge the importance of open conversations around mental health and the role that local community support plays in helping people face challenges and feel less alone. The event will be filmed and previewed at Mind The Walk, further extending the reach of these important conversations within the community. We sincerely hope you can join us.
