As we start our new year please remember tonight is Committee Night and it would be appreciated if all club members could attend.
This is our first committee meeting night for over 2 months and one can imagine there is a lot to get through.
Also lets not forget that this meeting sets the tone and agenda for the year and could focus on what your committee wants to achieve this year, so please try to attend and have an input.

PLEASE RSVP ASAP FOR CATERING PURPOSES. Please advise ASAP of any dietary requirements. Due to Steve being on leave we are having our meeting at the Hotel Clipper. Please support this and attend as you will be very pleasantly surprised with the renovations and standard of food, which is amazing. Please support Hotel Clipper by attending as a thank you to them for allowing our club to use their car park for the Rotary Mart. The meal will be $25 and you will receive: MAIN : Stuffed chicken breast w/ tomato, basil pesto, feta, potato mash, prosciutto, asparagus & garlic champagne sauce. Crusty bread roll and butter DESSERT : Death by Chocolate Warm chocolate Brownie w/ ice cream and choc ganache. See you at 6pm for a 6:30pm start. |
